Tom H. Bietsch of Carlisle, Pa. died on Monday, August 26, 2013.
He was an attorney, an engineer and a Navy Veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
He was the widower of Ruth Dillingham Bietsch. Surviving is a son, T. Allan Bietsch and daughter-in-law, Kathy.
There will be no viewing and burial will be private.
