Thomas Kimmel

Thomas William Kimmel, 77, of Boiling Springs, PA went to be with His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, May 1, 2021 in his home. He was born July 31, 1943 in Mechanicsburg to the late Harold W. and Clara I. (Hair) Kimmel.

Tom was the owner/operator of a cell phone and satellite dish company and he served his country in the Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. Tom was a hard worker and he enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, chopping firewood and tending to his chickens.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Jane Kimmel of Boiling Springs; children, Kurt Kimmel (Trisha) of Carlisle, Kreg Kimmel (Jennifer) of Landisburg, and Karen Kimmel of Clermont, FL; grandchildren, Kaylin, Ryan, Isaiah, Andrew and Savannah Kimmel; sisters, Sandy Kimmel of South Carolina, Helen Kimmel of Dillsburg, and Carole Nebel of Nashville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Christian Life Community Church, 3151 Ritner Highway, Newville, PA 17241 with Pastor Kurt Kimmel officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Tom’s memory to the charity of your choice. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs, PA.
