Tammy Dorsey

Tammy J. Dorsey, 57, of Carlisle, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021. She was born in Newville on February 24, 1964 to the late Geraldine Smith.

Tammy worked at Nell’s at Walnut Bottom, Karns in Carlisle and Boiling Springs, and Dollar General in Carlisle. She was an animal lover and enjoyed crocheting.

Tammy is survived by her sons, Thomas Dewey Dorsey Jr. (Jamie McDermond) of Carlisle and Dustin David Dorsey (Kristi Poe) of Shippensburg; grandchildren, Bently and Nevaeh Dorsey, Brianna Treharn and Emma Dorsey; step-grandchildren, Trenton and Levi Black; brother, Travis Smith (Stacy Salisbury) of Shippensburg; and her beloved dog, Rosa. Tammy was preceded in death by grandchild, Abby Treharn.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
