Shelley Pettit

Shelley Marie Pettit, 31, of Steelton, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at home. She was born on May 22, 1988 to the late Steven A. Pettit who passed away on July 23, 2016 and Suzette (Coleman) Pettit of Lock Haven, PA.

Shelley had a contagious smile that lit up any room she entered. Spunky and artistic, she enjoyed music and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her mother, Shelley is survived by her son, Isaiah Shiffler and her siblings, John Pettit of Lansdale, PA and Sara Pettit of Harrisburg, PA. Also surviving, is her aunt, Paulette Coleman-Hutchison and her husband, Dana; her cousin, Owen; and grandparents, Ray and Juanita Mell.. She was predeceased by an infant son, Cayden Pettit, who passed away in November of 2013.

A memorial service will be held on August 31, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Mt. Holly Church of God, 602 McLand Dr., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with the Rev. Daniel Murray officiating. A time of fellowship and light refreshments will follow the service. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt.
