Richard "Rick" Trimmer

Richard C. “Rick” Trimmer, 42, of York Springs, PA died on Saturday evening, May 4, 2013 as the results of a motor vehicle accident in Renovo, PA.  He was born in Carlisle, PA on September 19, 1970 to Paul R. Trimmer of York Springs, PA and the late Jeanette Chaput Trimmer Saba and was also preceded by his brother William L. Trimmer.

Rick was the Youth Development Aid and Supervisor for the Commonwealth of PA at the Loysville Youth Development Center.  He was a graduate of Bermudian Springs High School Class of 1989 where he started and lettered in varsity wrestling for three years.  A wrestling official for 19 years covering six states across the country, recently he officiated District #3 wrestling in PA.  He also helped coach youth and high school wrestling at the Bermudian High School for several years, and in the states of Alaska and Nevada.

A lover of all things outdoors, he was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. Rick loved wrestling, kids, being at home and making people smile.

Married on October 5, 2002 he is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Micole R. Lebo Trimmer.  Also surviving is his brother, Waylon W. Trimmer and his wife Rachael and their children, Lilith and Nevada of Mt. Holly Springs; a daughter, Samantha J. Swenski and husband Chris of Lake Meade, PA; his mother and father in law, Michael and Sally Lebo of Gardners; his brother in law, Timothy M. and Sherry Lebo of Utica, N.Y.; sister in law, Christina M. Lebo of Pittsburgh, and his godson, Aaron Moore.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA.  Officiating will be the Rev. Richard L. Reese.  Interment will be at the convenience of the family.  There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Monday, May 13, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
