Paul Kistler

Paul A. Kistler, 67, of 1 West Penn, Carlisle, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 in the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Middlesex Twp., Carlisle.  He was born October 9, 1945 in Andersonburg, Perry County, to the late Robert P. & Charlotte A. Swailes Kistler. Paul was formerly employed at Carlisle Tire and Rubber Co. and Rynard & Sheaffer in Mt. Holly Springs. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie # 1299 of Carlisle.
Paul is survived by his son, Gregory D. Kistler of Carlisle; his daughter, Michelle Marie Kistler of Pittsburgh; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Robert J. Kistler of Mt. Holly Springs and Norman C. Kistler of East Waterford; two sisters, Jenny Arlene (Steven) Gonser and Toni Sue (Michael) Michael, all of Carlisle, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family. Inurnment will be in the East Waterford Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lung Research, C/O Hershey Medical Center, 500 University Dr., Hershey, PA 17033. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
