Norman E. Wilson

Norman E. Wilson, 72, of Newville, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in the Sarah A. Todd Memorial Nursing Home in Carlisle. He was born on November 15, 1953, in Gardners to the late John and Ellen (Schoffstall) Wilson.

Norman retired from Carlisle Syntec. He loved to fish and go boating. Norman loved to raise all kinds of animals such as Turkeys, Chickens, Rabbits, and Horses.

Surviving is his siblings, Melva Kuhn, Ellen “Sue” Starner, Reuben (Sharon) Wilson, Gary Wilson, Linda Clouse, John Wilson, Jr., Dallas (Patty) Wilson, Verna Jane (Barry) McDermitt, and Zena (Scott) Keys; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Norman was preceded in death by his siblings, Steven Wilson and Cecile Wilson; and his companion of over 30 years, Joyce.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Chaplain Dot Everhart officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
