Nancy Ann Burdulis

Nancy Ann Burdulis, 78, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was welcomed into Heaven by her parents, Kay and Bill Gustafson, and her beloved husband, Mike Burdulis. 

Born on May 14, 1947, in St. Mary’s Pennsylvania, Nancy lived a life filled with family. She loved to cruise and delighted in playing the slots. She was an avid quilter, and her beautiful creations are treasured family heirlooms. Nancy had a passion for shopping and was most often seen wearing a Lilly Pulitzer outfit while playing cards or Mexican Train.

She leaves behind her daughters, Michelle (Charlie) Light and Tracy (Robert) Blahut, whom she loved beyond measure; her devoted sister and best friend, Beth (Walt) Gauler; and her wonderful brother, Bill (Cathy) Gustafson. Nancy dearly loved her grandchildren—Carolyn (Erik) Hug, Julia Trout, Kendall Bixler, Hailey Trout, Aidan Bixler, Sara Bixler, Lauren (Wayne) Hudson, Brandon (Julia) Light, and Morgan (David) Holloway—and cherished every moment she spent with them. She also leaves behind her nieces, nephews, great nephew, great niece, and special friendships.

In the last four years of her life, her great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Oliver, Leo, Rome, and Camryn brought her profound joy. Nancy’s vibrant personality, loving heart, and unwavering devotion to her family will be deeply missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 85 Marsh Dr, Carlisle, PA 17015 with Father David Bender officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services, and the family welcomes you to a luncheon from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM. A family burial will be held in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
