Michael Lee McElfresh

Michael Lee McElfresh, 71, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in his home. He was born March 2, 1954, in Pasadena, California to the late Bill and Lorene (Craig) McElfresh.

Michael worked as a truck driver, most recently for Sheetz/CLI Transport. He was a member of the Teamsters Union. Michael enjoyed racing motorcycles, cycling, and was an avid hiker where he enjoyed hiking in the Pine Grove and Boiling Springs areas. He loved dogs, especially his loved ones who passed, Stormy, Brandy, and Misty.

Surviving is his loving wife, Tracy Lynn (Sampson) McElfresh of Carlisle; children, Mikaela McElfresh of Brooklyn, NY, Robert McElfresh and wife Ruriko McElfresh of Germany, Ashley and Jay Moffitt both of Carlisle; grandchildren, Hazel and Holly; siblings, Marlene Seltman, Donald McElfresh, Susan LaRoux; and many nieces and nephews.

Per Michael’s wishes, there will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
