Mary Louise Miller

August 30, 1930 — June 25, 2019

Mary Louise Miller, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 in the UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg. Born August 25, 1930 in Mechanicsburg, PA to the late Alexander and Emma E.( Lucas) Hunter, she is survived by her daughter, Gay Louise Miller Fitzgerald (Rick) of Camp Hill and was predeceased by her husband, Frank B. Miller, who died July 26, 2005.

Mary Louise was a 1948 graduate of Mechanicsburg High School and a faithful volunteer for many years at Sara A. Todd Memorial Home, Thornwald Nursing Home and Meals On Wheels. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ and the Mechanicsburg Museum Association.

In addition to her daughter, she is survived by her grandchildren, Kristin Brackbill of Mechanicsburg, Marissa Kessinger (Mat) of Shiremanstown and John Brackbill and his companion ,Tori of Lemoyne; niece, Jenny Huebner of  Mechanicsburg; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Jane C. Huebner.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019  at 11:00 AM in St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 626 Williams Grove Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 with Rev. John Ward-Diorio, Rev. Anna L. Thompson  and Pastor Allyssa Boyer officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mechanicsburg Museum Association, 2 W.
