Lois Smith

Lois J. Smith, 81, passed away Wednesday, August 23, in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. Formally of Ford City, she was a resident of the Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born September 1, 1935 in Pennsylvania to the late Orville K. and Mary M. Law Woodside. Lois was a waitress and cook at the former Mackey Home, Boiling Springs, PA.

She is survived by her daughter, Judith A. Scott and companion, JackEmel of Williamstown; three sons, Kenneth W. Smith and wife, Sharon of Carlisle, Douglas Z. Smith and wife, Cathy of Colorado, and ScottA. Smith and wife, Kerri of Colorado; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and siblings, Linnie Rodgers of PA and William Woodside of Mt. Holly Springs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 27 at 3:00PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA with Patricia Emel officiating.
