Julie A. Baker

Julie A. Baker, 64, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill. She was born July 22, 1959, in Carlisle to the late Kenneth and Gloria (Reisinger) Stum.

Julie worked as a bookkeeper for Union Hall Lawn & Garden for the past 16 years. Previously, she owned The Duff-Al Bag screen printing business in Carlisle. Julie loved “playing in the dirt,” and took great pride in crafting a beautiful yard every spring. She especially loved flowers, and enjoyed watching neighbors stop to admire her new and colorful palette each season. She was also a lover of ART.

Surviving Julie is her son, Wyatt Baker of Fort Worth, Texas; stepchildren, Duffy Batzer of Carlisle, Alex Cashman of Carlisle, and Willie Baker of Brooklyn, NY; brother, Keene Stum and nephew Devin Stum of St. Louis, Missouri.

Per Julie’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs. Visit www.HollingerFuneralHome.com to offer condolences to the family.
