Joyce M. Raudabaugh, 93, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on February 17, 2026, in the Thornwald Nursing Home. She was born September 6, 1932, in Toland, PA, to the late Toney and Evelyn (Walters) Windowmaker and was the widow of John A. Raudabaugh who passed away in September of 2010.
Joyce worked for McCoy Electronics and then PR Hoffman, where she worked as a grinder with 15 years of service. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church and Chapter 365 Old Bellaire Eastern Star. Joyce enjoyed get togethers and meeting new friends at her husband, John's, tractor restoration clubs.
Surviving are her children, Sharon L. Runyon (Jack) of Carlisle and J.R. Raudabaugh (companion, Paulo) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Christina Runyon Roland (Tony) and Robert Runyon (Amy); great grandchildren, Ben and Will Roland, and Andrew and Ethan Runyon; siblings, Vivian Croft and Linda Little; brother in laws, Chester and Clarence Raudabaugh and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Green, and brother in laws, Irvin Croft and Paul Little.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:00 in the Otterbein United Methodist Church, 647 Forge Road, Carlisle, PA 17015 with Pastor Steve Salisbury officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services, and a luncheon will follow services immediately after services at the church. Burial will be held at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Otterbein United Methodist Church or Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
