Joan Marcelais

Joan A. Marcelais, 77, of Dickinson Twp. Carlisle, passed away at her home on Monday, July 22. She was the widow of Robert J. Marcelais who passed away in 1993. Joan was born March 8, 1936 in Newburyport, MA to the late Joseph and Aline Labatte Gryrzkiewicz.

She was retired as a customer service manager for the Protection Service, Inc., and was a member of the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

Joan is survived by her daughter, Lynda A. (Michael) Davis of Dillsburg, PA; four grandchildren, Tyler, Derek, Dyllan, and Kasey; and her brother, Norman Labatte of Amesbury, MA. She was predeceased by her son, Martin Noone and her brother Richard Paul Labatte.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 29 at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs with Rev. William McNeal officiating. Interment will be in the St. Patrick’s Church Cemetery, West Pennsboro Twp. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:00AM in the funeral home.
