Jean Rank

Jean (Paxton) Rank, 96 of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in her home. She was born February 2, 1930, in Gardners, to the late Livingston A. and Margie (Day) Paxton. She was the widow of Earl Rank.

Jean owned and operated Twirly Top in the late 60’s to early 70’s and then ran the concession stand at Fuller Lake in the late 1970’s.

Surviving is her son, Michael L. Rank of Mechanicsburg; two grandchildren, Emory Rank of Boiling Springs and Courtney Rank of Denver, CO; and great grandchildren, Alexis, Madelyn, Chase, and Chace. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her three siblings, Bob, Allen, and Donnie Paxton.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery with Rev. Richard Reese officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
