Janet Louise Roberts

Janet Louise Roberts, 88, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, in the Carlisle Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 5, 1935, to the late John and Edythe (Hippensteel) Maurice.

Janet grew up in the Mt. Holly Springs area until she moved to Jacksonville, Florida, with her first husband, Derk WA Roberts. She moved back to the Mt. Holly area where she met Milton Parker Clouser. They remained together until his passing.

She retired from Knouse Foods in Peach Glen. She absolutely and wholeheartedly loved her entire family. If anyone had a problem, Janet made time to listen and help, if she could. She loved to talk about her life and had many interesting stories to tell. She enjoyed going to bingo and loved spending time with her family.

Janet is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Roberts, Wolfe) Cameron and her children, Ron Wolfe Jr (Judi), Jeffrey Wolfe (Fiance, Alicia Zimmerman) and Garrett Cameron. Her son, Derk E. Roberts (Connie Mickley) and his children, Derk W. Roberts, Michael A. Roberts, Ashley M. Roberts, Samantha J. Roberts (Jason Leach), Stephen S. Roberts. Also surviving is her sister, Margarite (Peg) Olivera and her brother, John (Jack) Maurice. Her great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Bayleigh Wolfe, Kaden, Tashawna, Jesselyn, Jesse, Giada, Raelee, and Lillian Janet Roberts.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Maurice, Genevieve (Sis) Mouers, Jay (Jake) Maurice, Ray (Jim) Maurice, Lynn (Ike) Maurice, Glenn (Dude) Maurice, Billy Maurice, and Bobby Maurice. Also, six angel great grand babies.
