Harry D. Shank

Harry D. Shank, 83, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on November 1, 2025, in his home. He was born May 1, 1942, in Carlisle to the late Harry E. and Mary R. (Spoonhour) Shank.

Harry worked previously for Kinney Shoe and most recently Ross Distribution. He enjoyed old cars, consignment sales, hauling scrap metal, looking for mushrooms, and going to the casino; especially playing slot machines. Harry loved traveling with his wife and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Also greatly enjoyed spending time with his cousins.

Surviving is his loving wife, Lang (Nguyen) Shank of Carlisle; children, Harry Shank, Jr., (Angela) of Newville, Theresa Shank (Richard) of Shippensburg; step children, Phong Nguyen (Bich) of Fort Mill, SC, An Nguyen of DC, and Lien Nguyen of Carlisle; four grandchildren, David, Joey, Amber, and Brandon; and two great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Olivia. In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Shank.
