Eva M. Thomas

Eva M. Thomas, 77, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in the Thornwald Nursing Home. She was born November 2, 1947, in Passau, Germany.

Eva retired from McCoy Electronics where she worked in Crystal Manufacturing. She enjoyed riding snowmobiles with her husband, Harry, and planting flowers.

Surviving is her loving husband of 55 years, Harry E. Thomas of Carlisle, whom she met in Germany when he was stationed in the service. Also surviving are her siblings, Doris Scholz and Han Gentleman; brother-in-law, Craig (Josephine) Thomas; sister-in-law, Vonnie (Gerry) Hamilton; numerous nieces and nephews; and her furry companion cat, Prince. Eva was preceded in death by her brother, Fritz Gentleman.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will take place in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery following the services at 1:30 PM. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
