Donna L. Boose

Donna L. Boose, 67, of Gardners, PA, passed away on July 27, 2024, in Gettysburg Hospital. She was born August 8, 1956, in Harrisburg to the late John A. and Doloris L. (Peck) Boose.

Donna was a Bermudian Springs High School graduate and worked as a secretary treasurer and janitor for the Mt. Victory church. She was a member of the crochet class at Mt. Victory Church and Heidlersburg Church where she enjoyed teaching crochet and also the Ye Old Sulphur Spa Historical Society. Donna worked for Peters orchard picking apples and for Duffy Mott Applesauce and Juice Lines.

Surviving Donna are her brothers, Michael J., Virgil, Timothy, Terry Boose all of Gardners and John (Sandra) Boose of Mt. Holly Springs; sisters, Tina L. Earnest of Carlisle, Brenda K. (Leroy) Durf of Newville, Cathy S. Baker of Washington State. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard and Gerald Boose, and Trina L. (Boose) Neal.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Heidlersburg United Brethren Church, 2736 Heidlersburg Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325 with Pastor Craig Loewen officiating. A viewing will be held Monday, July 29, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave, Mt.
