David L. Westbrook

David L. Westbrook 69, of Carlisle passed away on Monday January 26, 2026, at his home. He was born in Harrisburg, PA on September 29, 1956, to Galen Westbrook and the late Frances (Krietzer) Westbrook.

David was owner/operator of Westbrook Excavating Inc., and for many years of the ownership was partnered with his brother, Donald Westbrook. He loved his work, to be outdoors, hunting, and watching his granddaughters play sports. David was a fantastic, devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving is his loving wife of forty-two years, Vincetti M. (Rhoads) Westbrook, two children Cassandra (Jason) Raudabaugh and Chad Westbrook; four grandchildren, Alyssa and Wade Westbrook, Davina and Lillian Raudabaugh; one great granddaughter Layla Thumma. Also, he is survived by his brother, Donald (Kathy) Westbrook, two sisters, Donna (Michael) Hovis, and Linda (Robert) Noggle, along with many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
