Curtis S. Garland

Curtis S. Garland, 24, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025, in his home. He was born on January 1, 2001, in Carlisle to Jonathan (Tavia) and Stephanie (Bell) Garland.

Curtis worked for UPS as a laborer. In his spare time, he loved playing video games, hunting and hanging out with friends. He was known to give the best hugs in the whole world and always enjoying caring for children. Curtis had a strong love for animals.

In addition to his parents and step-mom, Curtis is survived by his siblings, Samantha Garland of Carlisle and Tobin Romito of Carlisle; grandparents; Steven and Linda Garland of Newville, James and Sheri Morrison of Carlisle, and Linda Bell of Chambersburg; as well as many aunts, uncles, and lots of cousins. Curtis was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wayne Bell.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Speranza Animal Rescue, 1216 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
