Connie Warner

Connie M. Warner, 62, of Boiling Springs, PA passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at her home. She was born April 2, 1954 in Carlisle, PA to Helen Dum Foose of Landisburg and the late Walter Foose.

Connie graduated from West Perry High School class of 1972. She retired as the director of Executive Services at the US Army War College in Carlisle with 39 years of service. Connie was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church in Boiling Springs, and a member of the ladies bible study group. She was also a member of the Rise and Shine Bowling League ABC West and the Cumberland Valley Classic Car Club. Connie loved to travel and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her Mother she is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ronald Warner of Boiling Springs; two daughters, Shelley (Scott) Hawkins of Dillsburg and Mindy (Jameson) Auten of Kansas City , MO; eight grandchildren, Blake and Caleb Markwood, Olivia and Andrew Hawkins, Madison, Melyna, Gavin, and Casey Auten. Also surviving are two sisters, Betty Reisinger and Carol (Carl)Thomas and a brother Sam (Amy) Foose all of Landisburg; a sister in law, Louise Foose of Landisburg. Connie was predeceased by a brother, Ed Foose.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Otterbein United Methodist Church, 647 Forge Road, Carlisle, PA 17015 with the Rev. Daniel Dennis officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's memory to Celtic Hospice, 900 Century Dr., Suite 201, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
