Betty B. Shaulis

Betty B. Shaulis, 91, of Dillsburg, PA, passed away on March 22, 2022, in the Forest Park Nursing Home. She was born May 22, 1930, in Bullskin Twp., to the late Wylie and Marguerite (Crouse) Zufall and was the widow of Alfred J. Shaulis who passed away on June 14, 2006.

Betty was a bus driver for the West Shore School District, where she loved interacting and working with kids and was a member of the Midway Gospel Tabernacle, Carlisle.

She is survived by her children, James D. Shaulis of Dillsburg, John A. Shaulis of New Cumberland, Larry L. Shaulis of Gardners, Linda M. Goodling of Carlisle, Glenn D. Shaulis of Mechanicsburg, and Gerald R. Shaulis of Gardners; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren; and brother, Robert Zufall of Mt. Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Jack, Glenn, and Clyde Zufall.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 with Pastor Jason Turner officiating. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.  Burial will be held in the Big Rock Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Midway Gospel Tabernacle Church, 31 Heisers Lane, Carlisle, PA 17015. Visit www.HollingerFuneralHome.com to offer condolences to the family.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the family. May your fond memories of your loved one help you with your grief. I have a lot of fond memories of Betty selling fruit. She was always kind to me and I used to spend a lot of time at her house.

I knew Betty for many years when I was a kid used to Stay at their house in Coffee town Road she used to bake the best cherry pie she was a great baker she know how to do it well
She was a nice lady and her husband
That was many years ago her kids were little
May God bless the Family on this time of loss of their Mother and so on May God grant the love and understanding hope in this time of their loss God bless the family
