Audrey Ann Harman

Audrey Ann Harman, 89, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, in the Holy Spirit Hospital. She was born August 21, 1934, in Spring Grove, PA, to the late Benjamin P. and Julia (Hoke) Shank and was the widow of Huber A. Harman, who passed away August 22, 2001.

Audrey worked for Hallmark Card Shop, where she was a clerk and previously worked at Weis Markets, Jeffreys Flowers, Knouse Foods, Dutch Maid, Home Interiors, and at one time had a Sentinel paper route. She enjoyed crafting, camping, playing cards, and loved bingo. Audrey especially loved Christmas time, she would decorate every room of her house. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and had a very spunky personality.

Surviving are her loving children, Debra Griffie (Keith) of Carlisle, Steve Harman (Jane) of Dover, Stan Harman (Kim) of Aspers, Rodney Harman (Denise) of Carlisle; grandchildren, Robin, Brian, Shaune, Travis, Matthew, Michelle, Melisa, Regina, Amanda, Bradley, Dustin, Beckie, and Natalie; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her siblings, Abby Bange, Mike, Jayne, Merle, and Ben Shank.

A funeral service will be held Monday, October 16, 2023, at 12:00 PM in the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Avenue Mount Holly Springs PA 17065 with Rev. Dawn Glatfelter officiating. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service and burial will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Mt. Victory Church Cemetery.
