Anna Rohm

Anna M. Rohm, 84, of Carlisle and formerly from Landisburg, Perry County, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center. She was born December 5, 1928 in Landisburg, to the late Oscar Dewey Baughman and Stella Mae Weller. Anna worked for Carlisle Tire & Rubber as well as Carlisle Syntec as a phone operator. An expert knitter, she also enjoyed crossword puzzles, bus trips and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan.
Surviving are three sons: Ted M. Rohm (Susan) of Cranberry Twp., PA and William A. Rohm and Steven W. Rohm (Cheryl), both of Carlisle, PA. Also surviving are 2 step brothers, Donnie and Bill Miller, both of Landisburg; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Laird Hench Rohm, who died in 1968; 2 brothers, Bob and Jim Baughman; and a sister, Gertrude Lasch. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
