Shane M. Mehaffie, 48 of Mechanicsburg, PA passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. He was born March 31, 1970 in Harrisburg to George W. Mehaffie and Bonnie (Alwine) Clouser.
Shane was the facilities manager for Members 1st Federal Credit Union and a member of the Good News Church, Mechanicsburg. He loved watching his kids sporting events, repairing things and was a member of the EPLW Soccer Association of Enola.
In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his loving wife, Kristin (Walck) Mehaffie of Mechanicsburg; children, Sara Hartzel and husband, Jonathan of Carlisle, Amber Mehaffie of Mt. Holly Springs, Jeremiah, Hannah Rose, Daniel, Abigail, Benjamin (Tong), Emma and Ella Mehaffie, all of Mechanicsburg. Also surviving are his siblings, Erin Mehaffie of TX, Patrick Mehaffie of Camp Hill and Andrew Clouser of Mechanicsburg; and step-mother, Beverly Mehaffie.
Memorial services for Shane will take place at Good News Church, 124 State Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 on Monday, July 23rd with Rev. Al Sones officiating. The schedule is as follows: 10:00 AM – Visitation; 11:30 AM - Memorial Service; 12:30 PM – Luncheon.
Donations to the Mehaffie Family Assistance Fund may be made payable to Good News Church, writing "Mehaffie Family Assistance" in the memo line. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
