Dear Tammy and Family: We are so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Although we only met him a few times over the years, we've heard so many stories of all the fun times Lon shared with him going up to the cabin and hunting together. We know you and your Mom and the rest of the family are taking this so hard, but you have so many wonderful memories that will always stay in your hearts. It may not seem possible right now,but time really does lessen the grief you feel now. Your Dad would want you to remember all the good times you shared. He will always love allof you and will be watching you from Heaven. Sent with love from both Russ and myself.

When I pause and think of the men that have impacted me in my Life, Ray was certainly one. He was the first man to get to work when it was needed , the first to fall to his knees when prayer was called for. He taught me that the Christian may be claimed with words but it is best shared by deeds! He lived out his faith daily. Our loss is obvious to us and his Church, but it is the Gain of Heaven. ""His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!" Mat. 25:21 Till we meet over there....

I miss hearing him give me Godly advice. Him showing a tender loving side and strong heart for God. He knew my dad and was like a grandfather to me.
