Lois Wagner

Lois Jane (Hensel) Wagner, 86, of Mechanicsburg, PA passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 in the UPMC Pinnacle West Shore. She was born December 5, 1931 in Newburg, PA to the late John Frank and Sara Elizabeth (Swartz) Hensel and was the widow of George Leroy Wagner, who passed away April 3, 1993.

Lois retired from Cumberland Valley School District as a library aide and was a member of the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church and Mechanicsburg Museum Association. She loved reading to her grandchildren and playing Pinochle.

She is survived by her children, Jill Suzanne Baer and husband, Mark of McMurray, LeeAnn Wagner Cica and husband, John of Pittsburgh and Scott Alan Wagner and wife, Jennifer of Dillsburg; grandchildren, Bryan Baer (Jenna), Samantha McVicker (Greg), Adam Baer (Claire), Nicholas Cica (Chihiro), Zachary Cica (Mary), Holly Weaver (Cole) and Matthew Wagner (Allie); great-grandchildren, Ella, Grace, Georgeanna and Talia Baer, Delaney, Jillian and Avielle McVicker, Scarlett and Addison Baer, Hana and Summer Cica, Brooks and Rory Weaver.

Services will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, 14 State Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 with Pastor Aaron Erdley officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Mechanicsburg Museum Association, 2 W. Strawberry Alley, Mechanicsburg, 17055 or Trindle Spring Lutheran Church debt reduction fund. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt.
