Anna "Annie" Heffelfinger

Anna "Annie" Heffelfinger, 67, of Carlisle, PA passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in Holy Spirit Hospital surrounded by family and loved ones. She was born September 20, 1948 in Lewisberry, PA to the late John C. and Ruth N. Carey Sr.

She was formerly employed as a cook at The Tippecanoe Inn of Tidiote, PA and was an active member of the American Legion Auxillary#101, Carlisle. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Annie also enjoyed reading, knitting, and hunting morel mushrooms.

Annie leaves behind two daughters, Tami Carey of Carlisle and Holli McClellan of Camp Hill; a son, Charles McClellan of Carlisle; three grandsons; two granddaughters;  a great granddaughter and a great grandson. She is also survived by three sisters, Patricia Moore of Etters, Stephany Carey of Carlisle and Leona Bolling of Newville; two brothers, Samuel Carey of Dillsburg and Charles Snell of New Cumberland.  She was predeceased by four brothers, William Carey, Spencer Carey, John C. Carey, Jr. and Richard Carey.
