Helena,

I am so very sorry to read of Dick's passing. I had received an email from St Luke's and now have read it in the paper.

You and Dick were so very nice to my family and I renting your apartment to us in Ocean City, NJ. We had very enjoyable times there. And I would see you, too, when you came in the old First Bank and Trust.

Please know I am thinking of you and send my deepest sympathy.

Peggy Pomeroy.
