Ricky E. Bupp Sr., 54, of Gardners, PA died on Monday, April 16, 2012 in the Carlisle Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Carlisle, PA on December 22, 1957 to the late Leroy J. and Christine E. Garner Bupp.
Ricky was a former auto mechanic who worked for several area garages. He enjoyed working on Ford cars and was an avid NASCAR fan of Carl Edwards.
He is survived by his loving wife, Christine K. Yeingst Bupp of Gardners; a son, Ricky E. Bupp Jr. of Biglerville; a brother, Larry L. Bupp and his wife Linda of Newville; and two sisters, Wanda Shultz and her companion Ralph Parrish of Hanover and Annette Staub and her husband Tim of Gardners. Also surviving are a grandson, Cole Bupp; one step-son, Jay Michaels of Gardners, four step-daughters, Desire and Sarah Michaels of Gardners, and Tanya Griffie and Debra Brough, both of Mt. Holly Springs and many nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Goodyear Cemetery, Gardners, PA. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 501 N. Baltimore Ave., Mt. Holly Springs, PA.
